各ケースには専属のサポーターがつき、当事者と打ち合わせを重ねながらクラウドファンディングページの立ち上げを支えています。その後は訴訟の終結まで、支援者への進捗報告や訴訟資料の公開、広報活動などにおいて伴走支援を行なっています。 We connect you with a designated case coordinator to help prepare and launch a crowdfunding page tailored to your case. We also provide ongoing support throughout the litigation process, including regular progress updates for supporters, public disclosure of litigation materials and various publicity activities.

To raise awareness of these stories, we conduct interviews with professional writers and photographers, create narrations and publish in the form of articles. We also organize events and share content via YouTube, podcasts and social media to spread the word and garner support.

CALL4のWEBサイトでは、各ケースの訴訟資料を公開しています。資料を整理してデータベース化することにより、専門知識をオープンにし、公共訴訟に関する議論を活性化させたり、類似訴訟に携わる弁護団にも活用いただくことが目的です。 We publish litigation materials for each case on our platform. By organizing these materials and creating a database of them, we aim to make specialized knowledge accessible to the public, stimulate discussions on public interest litigations, and provide valuable resources for legal teams involved in similar cases.

訴訟掲載の申請条件 Requirements for Publishing Your Case on CALL4
作成主体を原則として当事者本人とすること In principle, the litigant should create the case page (the crowdfunding page).
ケースページは、原則として訴訟の当事者本人（当該当事者の支援団体を含む）の責任で作成いただいています。
集めた寄付金は、主として訴訟費用に充てることとなりますが、その拠出者は、訴訟を自らの名前で追行し、代理人に訴訟行為を依頼する当事者本人であることが原則であるためです。
本人の承諾がある場合に、代理人や支援団体名義で作成することも可能ですが、場合によっては掲載をお断りする可能性がございますのでご承知おきください。
The case page should be created by the plaintiff of the lawsuit.
This is because the donations collected on our platform are primarily allocated
to the litigation expenses, which are, in principle, paid by the litigant
who pursues the lawsuit in their own name and entrusts the legal actions to
their representative.
While it may be possible to publish the case page under the name of a legal
representative or a support organization with the litigant's consent, please be
aware that we reserve the right to decline publication in certain cases.
訴訟の相手方が国・自治体であること The opposing party must be a national or local government entity.
私人（大企業を含む）を相手方とする訴訟に関しては、ご利用いただけません。 また、刑事事件については、法律の解釈適用が争いになる事件に限ります（事実認定に争いがある事件を除きます。）。 今後の運用により範囲を広げることを検討しておりますが、当面の間、上記の事件に限定いたします。何卒ご理解ください。 We do not accept cases where the opposing party is an individual or private entity (including a large corporation). Additionally, criminal cases are only accepted if they involve disputes over the interpretation of law, excluding cases where the dispute focuses on the determination of facts. We are considering expanding the scope of the cases we accept in the future, but at present, we limit it to the types mentioned above. We kindly ask for your understanding.
社会問題の解決を目指す訴訟であること The litigation must address social issue(s).
何が「社会問題の解決を目指す訴訟」であるかは非常に難しい問題です。法律家ごとに定義が異なるかもしれません。 当面の間は試行錯誤が続くかと思いますが、ケースを当サイトに掲載するか否かは当団体にて判断させていただきます。 ただ、できる限り広く捉えたいと考えていますので、公共性があるとお考えの場合は是非ご利用をご検討ください。 Defining what constitutes a litigation that addresses a social issue is complex and can vary among legal professionals. We expect certain trial and error in this process, and the decision to publish a case page on our platform will ultimately be at our discretion. However, we will interpret the definition of the litigation addressing social issues as broadly as possible. If you believe your litigation has public significance, please do not hesitate to submit it for our consideration.
訴訟の代理人弁護士がいること、かつ、代理人弁護士がCALL4の利用に同意し、代理人弁護士から訴訟資料の提供等の協力を得られること A legal representative must be appointed who consents to the use of CALL4 and agrees to provide litigation materials.
ケースページの開設にあたっては、訴訟の代理人弁護士が就任していることが必要です。 代理人弁護士がいない訴訟については、一律でお断りをしております。 また、代理人弁護士が作成する訴訟資料を掲載していただくことになりますので、その同意を得ていることが必要となります。 It is necessary for the litigation to have a legal representative. We uniformly decline cases that do not have a legal representative. Additionally, as the litigation materials prepared by the representative lawyer will be published on our platform, it is necessary to obtain their consent to use the materials on CALL4.
提訴済みである、もしくは提訴間近であること The litigation must have already been filed or will be filed soon.
提訴が不明確な状況で、弁護士費用の準備等のためにケースを掲載することはできません。 We cannot publish a case page for legal fees and other related expenses of a litigation that has no plan to be filed or is at an unclear stage.

検討には最低1～2週間のお時間をいただきます。追加資料のご提供をお願いし、さらに長期間の検討を要する場合もございますのでご了承ください Case Review: The Case Review Committee will evaluate whether the case can be published.
Please allow at least 1-2 weeks for this review process. Please note that we may request additional documents, which could prolong the review period.
